All these are marked "Patented," but that's where the similarities end. The top example is missing something on the top, so I'm not able to say what design was used.
The middle example is marked sterling, while the lower one is silver plated.
Here's the neat feature about the full size Nu-Points. To get access to the eraser, the top pulls up and pivots to the side. This same design also is found on pencils marked "Hi-Speed."
This later pencil is a pretty nice piece. Whether it is related to the earlier metal pencils, or was just produced by another company using the same name, is unknown.
