The Ink-O-Graph Company made a name for itself producing stylographic pens in a variety of models.  They also produced a regular fountain pen, which it called the Ink-D-Cator (for the clear window for viewing the ink supply).

The pencils it produced were marked "Lead-O-Graph."  The top two are typical middle joint nose drive examples, but the bottom piece is a design unique to the company.  It has a large, impressive imprint and is a fairly heavy pencil.
